Initial Evaluation
Your Initial Evaluation is a comprehensive diagnostic assessment with an emphasis on you and your needs.

My goal as therapist is to help you find solutions to symptoms and problems that haven't resolved, or that keep you from enjoying your life to the fullest. If needed, I can help you develop your "healing team". I am happy to work with your other team members as we focus together on getting you back into your life again.
75-90 minute Evaluation: $140

Physical Therapy Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments help you move through your healing periods by offering you consistency of care in a timely matter so you continue moving forward with your therapeutic gains.
In our fast-paced lifestyles, we tend to forget that the body does not heal at the same fast rate, but at its pre-programmed, physiological healing time. With therapy, though, we can remove obstacles to healing and add beneficial techniques to help the body move through its processes more quickly. These therapies may include manual therapy, education, guidance, exercise instruction, or referring you to an another practitioner for supplemental healing therapies.
As the body heals, it's needs for healing change as well. Therefore, your follow up appointments will look different every time. Each treatment is tailored to what your body needs, on each particular visit. I do not use protocols nor "cookbook" techniques often used in other clinics.

Pelvic Floor Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle powerful technique that effectively addresses nervous system issues. Developed by osteopath, Dr. John Upleger, in the 1970s, this non-invasive approach significantly reduces injury-related anxiety and depression, alleviates physical and emotional stress, and enhances spinal and joint mobility. Since incorporating craniosacral and visceral therapy into my practice in 2002, I've witnessed remarkable transformations in my patients. They often express surprise at how such a gentle treatment can lead to faster recovery and improved functionality, proving that subtlety can yield profound results.

Visceral Mobilization Therapy
Visceral Manipulation was developed by French Osteopath, Jean-Pierre Barral. This delicate manual therapy is often cited as a missing link in the treatment of recurring musculoskeletal pain, postural distortions and biomechanical dysfunction. Barral and his international instructing team have trained healthcare professionals around the world. The purpose of Visceral Mobilization is to re-create, harmonize, and increase proprioceptive communication in the body to enhance its internal mechanism for better health, thereby revitalizing a person, and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture. Visceral Manipulation treats a person's functional and structural imbalances with an aim to affect their musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive, and lymphatic dysfunction.
